About:Shopping in Shenzhen

How is the weather like in Shenzhen on April? Can I buy summer dresses during this month?
Can anyone recommend a wholesale market where i can buy summer dresses and fashion accesories at lower prices.

if you want to buy from wholesale , i reccommend you guangzhou or dongguan as a right place to go, espacially gouangzhou which takes 70 minuts by fast train from shenzhen
