You can go to China Ferry Terminal to take ferry to macau. There are many Macau tourist attractions(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/macau/) worth your visiting, such as A-Ma Temple, Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Fisherman's Wharf and Venetian. You can walk from the ferry terminal to visit Fisherman's Wharf, then take the free shuttle bus to Venetian, then continue to take the free shuttle bus to Lisboa, then walk to Ruins of St. Paul's and Senado Square.
Then catch bus 26 to A-Ma Temple.

From Tsim Sha Tsui to Shenzhen, you can take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui station to Prince Edward, then transfer to Kwun Tong line to Kowloon Tong and take East Rail line to Lo Wu. Get through Luohu customs, you will get into Shenzhen.

To Disneyland, you can take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Lai King, transfer to Tung Chung line, then stop at Sunny Bay and take Disneyland Resort to get to Disneyland.

To Ocean Park, you can take bus 973 from Silvercord, Canton Road to Wong Chuk Hang San Wai, Wong Chuk Hang Road. Then walk to Ocean Park.

To Victoria Harbour, you can walk from Tsim Sha Tsui to Avcenue of stars to see the victoria harbour.

To Madame Tussad, take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui Station - D1 to Admiralty Station - C1, then transfer to bus 15 to Peak Road, then walk to see the Madame Tussad.

There may be more people to visit the Disneyland on 25th Dec, but there may be performance in it. You could have much fun one that day on the Disneyland.
