Iam visiting Shanghai from 23 to 30 th Dec. How is weather during this  period ? How should I dress ? Is there any spcific preacaution to be taken to safegaurd from cold ?

It is cold since the temperature may be low to 0C. It may has snow, thus you need to wear warm winter clothes to safeguard you from cold, such as down jacket, fur coat, sknitted sweater, hat, gloves and scarf.
