About:Shanghai Weather

Hi, I am going to visit Shanghai on late Febraury. Will it still snow by then ?

little chance to see snow at that time generally. The weather starts to get warmer from late Feb.

Will it be snow during that time? I heard from my frens that normal shoes/boot cannot use in Shanghai? is that true?

It seldom snow at late Feb. Boot is OK for you in Shanghai at that time.
