You can take subway line 2 from the airport to People's Square, then catch a taxi to Huangpu Lu.
From Huangpu Lu to Huaihai Zhong Lu, I think the best way fro you is to catch a taxi. It is about 6km between the two places and the taxi fare would be about around CNY20.
