About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

hi, i am travelling to china and have a vietnamese girlfriend who i wish to join me in china. She has lost her Vietnamese Citizens card. can she still get her chinese visa with only her valid vietnamese passport

Yes, she can still get her Chinese visa with her valid Vietnamese passport. The Vietnamese citizen card is not required for China Visa Application.
