You have to take a flight from India to arrive in Shanghai City(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai.htm) firstly. And then, take a train to Chuzhou city, which Tianchang City belongs to.

around 6 hours. I think bus is the only way, since there is no direct train between them.
