I want to visit Jinxia Changan in Donng Guan how do i travel from Pudong international airport How long will it take and what will the cost be by rail, bus and air

Do you mean Dongguan in Gugangdong Province?
There is no direct flight or train from Shanghai to Dongguan, you may go to Shenzhen first and then change to a bus to dongguan.
It takes at least rmb800 recently by China Flights(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/) from Shanghai to Shenzhen.
If go to Shenzhen from Shanghai by China Trains(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/) ,a soft sleeper ticket is about rmb650 while a hard sleeper ticket is about rmb430.
If by bus from shanghai to Gongguan, it takes about rmb 360-400.
