About:Chinese Embassy in Mexico

I am a Canadian living in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and would like to make application for a Visa to travel to China. Can I submit an application with documents by DHL to your office at the China Embassy in Mexico????
If not, can I get a China Visa in Hong Kong in one day before entering China???? With thanks, Jerry G

You can't submit an application with documents by DHL to visa office of China Embassy in Mexico. Application by post is not accept by China embassy. You can get a China Visa in Hong Kong in two working days (including the submission day. e.g. If visa application is submitted on the morning of Monday, collection time is on the morning of Tuesday; If visa application is submitted on the afternoon of Monday, collection time is on the afternoon of Tuesday)
