can the visa apply through Internet?departure to China on Oct 26,2011back to Malaysia on Nov 06,2011can the visa only valid from Oct 2011?

You can't apply for China visa through Internet. Generally speaking, a single entry China Tourist Visa is valid for 3 months counted from the date of issuance. You can apply for China visa in September, 2011, now it is too early for you to apply.
