About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am holding a Singapore passport and I am going to Hong Kong to do my work visa (single entry). I am arriving by dragon air on 23rd dec at 10am and my flight to Frankfurt is at 1250pm 23rd dec by Lufthansa.

Do I have to clear the immigration and customs? My work visa will be invalid if I cross the customs as it is single entry. I have no check in luggage, only hand carry.
