About:Wave-Subduing Hill

Hello,

I would like to visit the Harbin snow and ice sculpture festival on december 31 untill januari 2 of 2011. Will the festival be open already?

The Harbin Snow and Ice Festival in 2011 is from Jan 05 to Feb 28. Hope it is helpful.
