Hi, I would like to know, if the temperature is 8 celcius. what should i wear?do i need to wear hat? and what time i better to go to chine that i can see snow?

Meeting a temperature of 8C, you can wear sweater and overcoat, no need to wear hat. If you want to see snow, you'd better go to China during Jan to Feb.
