Is it possible to make transport van airport Guilin to city shangjian.

Are you sure about the name of the city, Shangjian?

The name of the city = Sanjiang ( nord of Guilin).

Sanjiang is in Liuzhou,so you can take air to Liuzhou,then go to Sanjiang.Guilin is not very near.
