How do I get to Macau ferry terminal from Airport?

Hi, I will arriving in Macau on 31st Dec 2010, and will then be leaving for ShenZhen. How do I get to the Macau Ferry Terminal from Macau Airport? I know of the Express transfer, however, I will be landing at 9am and would like to leave as soon as I arrive. How much will it cost me to take a bus / cab to the ferry terminal?

Also, is there a need to pre-book the ferry ticket, or can I get it on the day itself? Thanks! :)
