Chung King mansion is just above Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. So, if you want to take mtr to Disneyland, just go from TST to Lai King first. Then change to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay. There you can see the special train to Disneyland from Sunny Bay. To OCean Park, you should take MTR from TST and heading for opposite direction to Admiralty, just the next stop of TST in fact, but cross the ocean tunnel. Then get out from Exit B, take bus 629 to Ocean Park directly.
