My friend flys to Singapore from Gangzhou, he told the no. is 10961, the departure is 11:30 noon, I can’t check when will he arrive to Singapore, and which terminal?

Would you please inform the departure date, the flight carrier and correct flight No.? I just tried to search it for you, but it seems that there is no such a flight with flight No. of 10961. Maybe you should check with the airlines directly…
