I think the fast way is taking Hong Kong MTR(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/subway.htm). Take Tsuen Wan Line from Yau Ma Tei to Lai King, transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay. Finally, change to Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland.
