Hi, the fatest way (except taxi) should be airport express subway. Take Hong Kong airport express(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/air-express.htm) to Tsing Yi (13 minutes, HKD 30 per person), change to Tung Chung Line(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/metro-tungchung-line.htm) to Sunny Bay (one stop), change to Disneyland Resort Line(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/metro-disney-line.htm) then (HKD6 for 4 minutes). To the North Point, take Disney Line to Sunny Bay first and then change to another subway to Hong Kong Station, then to Central and to the North Point after that. It is a bit complicated, but easy to get.
FYI: Hong Kong subway(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/subway.htm) .
