About:China Work Visa

hi good moring!
It is possible to process my working visa in CHINA? I got my tourist visa in philippines for one month. I heared that i need to go back to philippines for processing my working visa, but my employer want me to process here in china. Please help me!!

It is applicable to find you a visa agency in this case to change your L visa to a Z visa within China.
