You do not need visa to HK for 90 days and Macao for 30 days. The only thing you need is an L visa for your Shanghai Tour(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/shanghai.htm) . A single entry is enough, which allows you to stay in China for 30 days in general. You can submit your visa application to CVASC. For the detail requirements, you can find from the link on the top of this page. AUD 88.5 will be charged for a 4 working days processing.
