Hi,I am quite confused over the suggestions for the most convenient way to go to Macau from Luohu, Shenzen. I will be staying at Sunon Hotel, St Jiefang Road, Luohu. I understand that I can take a bus from Luohu bus station to Macau, is the bus station  near to the hotel I am staying? Is it a direct bus or do I still need to transit via ferry at Shekou? How long does the journey would be and what is costs involved?

The hotel is about 4.5km by road to the bus station. It is near Laojie metro station, thus you can walk to Laojie to take subway line 1 to Shenzhen Railway Station and then walk to the bus station. Or you can directly take a taxi to the bus station. The bus is directly from Luohu Bus Station to Macau from 07:20 to 20:50 on a 40-minute interval.  It costs CNY90 and takes about 2.5 hours.
