About:Macau Tower

hi, May i know for outdoor observation deck 61, is there really an 'outdoor' whereby we can take good photo without blocking of glass as the barrier (especially at night there will be a reflection frm glass)?

It is not completely open. It is with glass floor and glass surrounded space but not sealed.
