Is Beijing going to snow in the mid of Jan?

Hi, just wanna ask...my friend did mentioned Beijing is not going to snow...is it true since im planning to go to Beijing in the middle of January.

There has been no snow until now this year although the cold winter has control our city for couples of weeks. It may happen in Jan, but also difficult to predict.
