Mrs.joey, I hear that the Chinese visa on arrival(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/service.htm) in Shenzhen will be returned to normal in January, during Asian Games, it is hard to get the visa at Luo Hu port of Shenzhen. Now, it is December, you can go to the port to have a try.0
