could i visit beijing great wall from dec 13 to dec 17?

I would be visting beijing from 13th dec to 17th dec. It seems this time it would be really cold. do they allow to visit the great wall of china.

It is ture that it is very cold. Temperature may be about -5~6C. It is OK to visit the Great Wall of China(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china_great_wall/) , but you need to wear warm winter clothes like down jacket and boot.
