About:Hong Kong Disneyland

Hi,we will be staying in Disneyland 0n 5-7dec with 2Adult 2Children then Macao on 8-9dec then last day in nikko htl kowloon.
Appreciate your information on following :
1.what is the fastest way to go to madame tussaud museum from disneyland hotel and how long will it take ?
2.how to go to ferry terminal to macao from disneyland hotel ? how long ?
3.how to go to madame tussaud museum from nikko hotel kowloon ?

1. Take Subway Disneyland Resort Line to Sunny Bay, change to subway Tung chung to hongkong station of central, and then transfer to Bus No. 15C at Star Ferry Pier to the cable car station of the peak where is very near to The Peak Tower, and Madame Tussauds Hong Kong(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/hongkong/madame-tussauds.htm) is just situated in the tower.

2. Take Subway Disneyland Resort Line to Sunny Bay, change to subway Tung chung to hongkong station of central, and then change to island Line to sheung Wan where is the Hong Kong - Macau Ferry Terminal.
3.Take Subway island line North point, change to Subway Tseung Kwan O Line to Yau tong, East rail line to , change to subway Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon tong, finally, change to Subway east rail line to East Tsim Sha Tsui.
