plz tell me abt weather and some ecnomical muslim hotel there

Weather in Shanghai(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/shanghai.htm) is generally mild in the early Dec. Temperature will be about 12~19C on your arrival day. Light sweater and jacket are OK.
I do not know any Hotel in Shanghai specially for muslim, but I know there are many muslim restaurants in Shanghai(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/dining/muslim.htm) , you have no need to worry about dinning in Shanghai.
