About:Harbin Ice Festival

Hi, when would be the best time to visit ha er bin this year? In dec or Jan? When will all the festival started? We r thinking to go on dec if We can coz on Jan we will have our final exam. But some people said it will be best to go after 5 Jan. So is it possible at all to go on dec? Thanks

No problem,you can visit Harbin in the end of Dec,it may give you surprise,cause you will see how the artist make the ice and snow sculptures
