Indonesian passport holders are exempted from visa to both HK and Macao for 30 days. But if she wants to visit Zhuhai(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/zhuhai/), she needs to apply for a China visa from Chinese visa application service center in Indinesia or Singapore.
