About:Changchun

Hi, me and my family total of 6 person are planning to visit Chengdu in march 2011, but my brother is working in S'pore, he should apply the visa at KL or S'pore? I don't think he can take long leave back in KL to make and wait for the visa to be done, is there anyway for him to settle the visa to China.

If he works in S'pore, he can apply for a China visa through China embassy or CVASC there. You can refer to China embassy in Singapore(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/singapore.htm) and China visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm) for more details.
