how is the transportation from taipei to cinjing farm?

Hi,Im planning to go Taipei on 1st week  of April 2011. I want to visit Cinjing farm, is it far from Taipei? How is the transportation, can we use public transportation or we must hire a mini van? If we go in the morning (8 am), and back in the evening (5am), will it be enough or we should spend 1 night in Cin Jing Farm? What is the weather in April?Thank you in advance

Taiwan is a small island, so I think cinjing farm is not far away from taipei, I'm not sure whether there is public transportation, but I think one day is enough for the visit there. I think it will be warm even a little bit hot in April in Taipei.
