About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Is there any visa on arrival visa for nepalese citizens who wish to enter Hongkong on a tourist visa for a short duration of 4 days ?

There is no visa on arrival for Nepal passport holders who go to Hong Kong for holidays, you have to apply for Hong Kong visa in advance from China embassy/consulate.

There is no Visa on arrival for Nepal and Pakistan citizens, you would need to contact visa consultancy companies and find out how to get pre-approved visa for Hong Kong
