About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Hi! Is there a free shuttle bus from the hongkong airport going to the excelsior hotel?what bus code or number should i take and where is the waiting area?

No, there is no free bus from airport to this hotel. However, at the groudn transportation center of HKIA, you could take bus A11 to the hotel directly. The fare is HKD40/adult. The driver will broadcast the hotel name once arrive there.
