Is there any money exchange center inside Beijing Capital Airport?

Hello! Is there any money exchange center inside the airport(PEK) ? I will be arriving early morning of Nov 28. Will it still be open at around 1am? Thanks

ICE: Departure Hall at 4F of T3-C;
eastern exit of International Baggage Claim Area
Travelex: western exit of International Baggage Claim Area;
in front of Boarding Gate E19 of the International Lounge at 2F of T3-E
Hang Seng United: public space of the International Arrival Hall;
in front of Boarding Gate E20 of the International Lounge at 2F of T3-E.
These are the money changing office at Beijing Capital International Airport, there are several money changing machine in the airport. You can use them once arriving at the airport.
