About:Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

Dear sir/madam,

I am planning to visit Tokyo by year end and I intend to visit Hong kong on transit visa and i possess valid Japanese visa.
If i apply from Bangladesh for Hong Kong visa..i have to submit it in Chinese embassy here?

if you are any one from following, you can submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Bangladash:
1. Government officials holding ordinary passports;
2. Prominent persons in the local society or business communities;
3. Employees of well-established or reputable organizations and companies including employees of multi-national companies, banks, financial and insurance entities, airlines/shipping companies and foreign organizations in Bangladesh;
4. Persons invited by the HKSAR Government or reputable organizations in HKSAR (e.g. the Hong Kong Trade Development Council).
Otherwise, you are required to mail your application for visas directly to the Immigration Department of the HKSAR.
