About:Macau Visa Policy

Hi,

I am holding a "Sri Lankan Passport" with a valid "Chinese Resident Permit" I tried asking the Macau Immigration if I could get a visa on arrival and they could not give me an answer. I went to the Guangzhou Exit & Entry dept and they too cannot help. I am very much confused on how to apply for a Macau visa or if I am eligable to get the visa on arrival?

Hope someone could give me the right answer or direction I am looking for?

Thank you

Maybe you can try to contact Macao immigration directly if you can apply for a visa on arrival with a Chinese resident permit. Their hotline is (853) 2872 5488.

Dear Mrs. Mia,

Thank you for your info, I have called the Macau immigration and they do not know what to do with regards to my issue. Not even the Sri Lankan Embassy can assist. It seems that you cannot apply for visa for HK or Macau while you are in China!!!!

If anyone has any experience with regards to my question, I would very much apprecaite your assistance.

Thank you
