About:China Southern Airlines

I am planning to go to Shenyang, China and I want to get a ticket from Southern China Airlines but I don't have a Credit Card. Is there any other way to get a ticket and where will I pay? Or if ever I use my friend's credit card is it possible? Is there a ticketing office in the Philippines for Southern China Airlines?

Besides, I know that there is an office of Southern Airlines in Manila, whose address is Almeda Bldg 111, #300 Roxas Blvd, Cor Sam Luis Street Buendia, Pasay City, Metro Manila.
