I would like to purchase a 60 day visa for China when I am in Vientiane at the chinese Embvassy. Is this possible and how long will it take to process it.  Thankyou

You can have a try there, but actually, Chinese embassy in many countries do not accept visa applications from temporary visitors. if they accept your application, it will take 4 working days in general.
