About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

I have x visa , studying in Wuhan univesity , Hubei province . My question is , is it a must to live in Wuhan city ? , i have no right to reside any other province for a short time ? Looking forward to hearing from you soon .Thank you for your advice

You can reside in other province for a short time, please take your valid passport and China residence permit.
