Hi, I be travelling to shangai on 22 Nov - 29 Nov and just wondering do i need to hv a thermal wear or long john with me during this period? How's the w

You will meet a temperature of about 11~16C. It is cool but not to cold. I think an inner shirt or light sweater with a jacket are OK. You can take an overcoat in case it get cold. Addition, it may rain during that time. An umbrella can be taken with you.
