About:Couple's Retreat Garden

Dear Sir or Madam
We are Vietnamese and come Macau by air
We will depart to Hongkong by ferry and come back to Macau by ferry (We will arrive and depart Hongkong only one time and only ferry)
Can we apply single visa Hongkong?

Can I understand that you itinerary is Vietname - Macau - Hong Kong - Macau? You can apply for single-entry Hong Kong visa because you only enter Hong Kong once.
