About:Harbin Ice and Snow World

I intend to bring my kids, but because of school the latest we can go is 27 Dec - 1 jan.Since the festival have not started ,can we still enjoy the beautifully lit sculptures at night?Are the attrctions already opened? Txs

You can see the sculpture at that time. Usually the festival is on trial operation since Christmas.
