How do we go to Water Cube from our hotel at Crowne Plaza, Wangfujing? We would like to see Water Cube with all of its light on. At what time should we go there? How many hours will it take us to go there? Is it safe to travel there at night?

You can take Subway 5 from Dengshikou Station and then transfer to Subway Line 10 at Huixinxijienankou Station, then transfer to Line 8 at Beitucheng Station and finally get off at Aolinpike Gongyuan (Olympic Park) Station and walk to Water Cube, Water Cube and Bird Nest would light on in the evening, so you'd better proceed to there at around 17:00, since you might need more than half an hour on the way.
