Which station does the train D28 from Harbin arrive at? how much it costs from the station to Beijing airport T2?

Just want to know, in which station in Beijing does D28 train from Harbin culminates. Also, from there, how much would it cost to take a taxi to Beijing Airport terminal 2; and how long does it take to get to the airport?
