Thanks for the quick response Dear Mr. DUKE! I am Danstan again here! So if i pay a fine of those days, will the police charge me also for not reporting while i stayed in an apartment? I am really worried because my flight is in 2days time, where i will be overstayed by 5days! will I be detained for not reporting to police about my complet stay in china, with the 5 days-over stay? will i be able to be accepted to go home on time, and how about my future status of travelling again to china?

You are unlikely to be detained for 5 days overstay if you pay the fine to the local PSB. If they will not mark on your passport, then you can travel to China again in future.
