About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

I need a double entry visa where do i get this from the Embassy or Consular in Madrid and do they open each day for the visa

If you are not from Catalonia Region, you are required to submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Madrid. Generally, they are open from Monday to Friday. For more detail, you may try to surf on their official website.
