About:Visa Policy of China

Hi,
i am from Philippines and is married to an american. we are in china, my husband is working as a teacher in the university. our contract ends on June 15 2010. my problem is, i am pregnant and we are planning to have the baby born in china next year in march. is the baby consider as Chinese? can we apply for dual passports, like Philippine and american passport? please help. thanks

The baby is not considered as a Chinese because you and your huaband are not Chinese citizen. Your baby can apply for dual passports of Philippines and America.
