Where is the best place to hold a business meeting in Terminal 2 (before going through security).  Is there a quiet cafe or restaurant to have breakfast?

I think you could have the meeting at a cafe, which could be found easily once arrive at the airport. You could also have a breafast there. Or, at the international waiting hall, there are also many choice, such as Hope Star.
