Hi, you could get early in the morning to go to the Peak,. After the Peak, you could go to visit Repulse Bay and Stanley. Then take bus to see the Golden Bauhinia Square. In the evening, you may go to see the Symphony of Light. Then go to Ladies' Market for fun.
Well, I think you can spend a little time to visit the Central after the Golden Bauhinia Square.
Anyway, you may refer to Hong Kong Tours(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/hongkong/) to consummate your route.
